Weight Loss Wednesday: Workout Routines & Fitness Plan

We finally signed up for a gym membership! Regardless of the fact that I go out to do about 5 miles in the woods each day, a membership to the gym was much needed. We have a Planet Fitness right around the corner and a bunch of them in the area surrounding us as well. They are open 24 hours a day Monday through Friday and close at 7 PM on the weekends.

 

 

The list of Planet Fitness gyms nationwide is extensive and; therefore, a perfect selection for us to make as we consider ourselves to be globetrotters. For the days that I cannot hit the gym or even go outside to enjoy the woods, I needed to come up with a fitness plan that I can strictly follow, but not something impossible to keep up with. Let’s be real here, workout routines are very hard to follow.

 

I would say that more specifically workout routines and fitness plans that are written by professionals and posted onto Pinterest on little memes are typically the hardest to follow—for me at least. Full of unnecessary jargon with unexplainable pretzel body contortions, who could keep up with that? I sure can’t so I had to come up with something simple for the everyday lady Jane, like myself.

We have been testing this out for a few months now and it has been working wonders. The more I push myself the more the weight keeps melting off and I am doing in order to fit into the perfect wedding dress.
