Welcome back to Weight Loss Wednesday!
This is the third part of the Weight Loss Wednesday series and I’m glad to come back with more than motivation this time. I bear gifts for you all in the form of healthy meal plans. It has been way too long since I have been vowing to friends and family that I would create a healthy meal plans that were easy to follow with simple dishes that could be made in a jiffy.
I compiled a list of my easiest recipes with interchangeable vegetables and fruits, download below, to fit even the pickiest eaters. There’s a wide selection of snacks that could be incorporated into your everyday life without too much of a hassle. The options may or may not seem overwhelming, but; less is not always more. Have I said that before? You might even be able to quote me on a different blog post when I said, “less is not always more”.

We created a spreadsheet of seasonal produce, download below, that is versatile for storage in both the pantry and refrigerator. For us, this healthy meal plan is a glimpse into what we eat in a day here at the Lopez-Sarraff home. We try to make the time each day to eat at least one or two snacks in between meals. Sometimes, if we are really active, we may even fit three snacks into one day!
Each meal does not have to be an event, I promise. Yet, if you eat a balanced meal with everything in moderation every four hours, your life will change drastically. That’s a serious promise you can bet on.

Having a flexible guideline to follow when it comes to healthy eating is one of the best things we’ve done for our family. We hope that this healthy meal plan will benefit you and yours, as well.
