Watermelon Margaritas

July 2, 2016

We love the summer, especially since my wife is a July summer baby. With margaritas trending quickly on Pinterest, I knew I have to come up with another good cocktail recipe for summer pool parties and barbecues alike, Watermelon Margaritas 'twas!

Today we bring to you Watermelon Margaritas! Freshly made in our Breville juicer, we concocted this cocktail in just a few minutes. Just one watermelon and one lime will get you started in the right direction. A tiny bit of cleanup is well worth it once you take your first sip of this refreshingly lovely margarita, 86 the margarita mix.

Feel free to omit the tequila for a non-alcoholic beverage and I can promise it will taste just as sweet. How do you like your cocktails? I like mine spiked on the right occasion.

Since part two of The Legendary Road Trip is right around the corner, I just had to prepare some Watermelon Margaritas and invite some friends over for festive gathering. Soon enough I will post all about the beautiful flamingo/pineapple party décor I have come up with. Trust me, this drink pairs perfectly with a summer party, for July Fourth or not.
