I completed my first round of 21 Day Fix EXTREME! Yes, I had to choose the Extreme one. It was the most amazing experience. I kicked ass for 21 full days of workouts. No breaks.

My wife and I scoured through the blog choosing the best healthy recipes for your 21 Day Fix challenge, including some of the ones listed on my Healthy Meal Plan. All of the recipes we chose for our Twenty-One 21 Day Fix Meals roundup are gluten-free and dairy free. Some of them are vegan. And, even if you aren’t, this is a great way to get in your green Portion Fix Containers if you are struggling with getting your veggies in. 8. Taken from true Hawaiian cuisine, my Ahi Tuna Poke is surely divine. If you are looking for something challenging, refreshing and delicious, this is it!

Shakeology has also been something we reincorporated into our diet again. We used to drink it but stopped over time.
