Stuffed Quinoa Shells

Not down with the prices at Italian restaurants? Bring the restaurant home to your kitchen with these Stuffed Quinoa Shells. This is one of our favorite dinner dishes at our house. Soon, it will be yours, too.

 

 

 

 

As part of our essential oil collecting, we finally have a few new ones in our medicine cabinet. Little by little, we get rid of the pills and creams in exchange for these all-natural healing oils.

 

 

 

  1. Neroli

  2. Peppermint

  3. Apricot Kernel

  4. Cinnamon

  5. Citronella

  6. Grapefruit

  7. Lemon

  8. Orange

  9. Lime

  10. Patchouli

Stuffed Quinoa Shells

Prep time: 15 mins

Cook time: 45 mins

Total time: 1 hour

Serves: 6

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients

 

Instructions

  1. Boil water. When boiling, add pasta. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes.

  2. Spray pan with coconut oil. Add onions. When caramelized, add sauce & seasonings. Allow to thicken. Add beef.

  3. Remove pasta from heat.

  4. Pour sauce & pasta back into the pot. Add spinach. Sprinkle with sea salt. When wilted, remove from heat.

  5. Serve.

  6. Garnish with parm.
