Pumpkin Pie Parfait

Perhaps you can tell by seeing posts from previous years during the Fall season that I absolutely love everything pumpkin, everything Autumn and everything sweet. Well, duh, who doesn't? I have made everything from pumpkin smoothie to pumpkin pie, pumpkin cookies and even pumpkin hand scrub (not edible). This sweet thang right here had been lingering in my mind and I finally came around to making it. I could have this for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack. It is just that good. This Pumpkin Pie Parfait was perfect in every which way.

 

 

I would like to leave you with little words and a whole lotta flavor today for you to go out and enjoy the decadence of this parfait. I have had my share of parfaits: homemade or not. I love them covered in berries or some sort of compote. This Pumpkin Pie Parfait right here is the shit.

 

We prepared our Pumpkin Pie Parfait servings in our wine glasses. This pumpkin pie spiced lovely baby right here is just so good. It's going to blow your mind right out of it's skull encasing. Have I been watching too much Bones lately? It's possible.

Pumpkin Pie Parfait

 

This spiced Pumpkin Pie Parfait lovely baby right here is just so good served in wine glasses and drizzled with local honey.

 

 

Prep time: 5 mins

Cook time: 5 mins

Total time: 10 mins

Serves: 4

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients

 

Instructions

  1. Toast rolled oats on a skillet. Set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, mix yogurt with pumpkin, spices, 2 tbsp of honey and vanilla.

  3. Pour about a ¼ cup of honey yogurt into each wine glass. Top with toasted oats. Drizzle each with left over honey.
