Pecan Praline Clusters

October 12, 2017

My wife has a heck of a sweet tooth and I’m determined to satiate it with healthy goodies that have her coming back for second helpings that won’t hurt her body. Insert the most delicious & healthy Pecan Praline Clusters we have ever eaten. Get ready everyone because eHealed is about to break the internet (most likely Pinterest) with the recipe to these bad boys.

One night in the early summer, my honey looked over to me with the look of a dessert craving angel. I went into the kitchen and searched for ingredients to come up with my next caramelized masterpiece. In the blink of an eye, I had whipped up the first of many Pecan Praline Clusters to be enjoyed.

During this fantastic birthmonth and Halloween season, we have been making batches of these night after night... Well, until we discovered that you can make them ahead and store them in the fridge or freezer. With just five steps, you can double up the recipe and have instant dessert snacks at your fingertips whenever the sugary monster inside you growls.

Make yourself a batch of these decadently caramelized Pecan Praline Clusters, sweet, salty & crunchy. You won’t regret it! It’s not a trick, it’s certainly a treat.
