I am a true sucker for comfort food. I think many of us can say the same. When it comes to comfort food, there are definitely some specific meals that I think about and remember from my childhood. Speaking of specific dishes, Pasta Primavera is one of them. Growing up, I always wanted to cook myself; therefore, my grandmother taught me everything she knew about the kitchen.
My very first meal and recipe to draft up and cook was Pasta Primavera. This is the exact recipe to the T, for the exception of the gluten-free pasta. The moment I tasted this, it transported me right back to the day I created this masterpiece. Every person who cooks will ultimately have their own recipes for almost everything but this is mine. This is my tribute to chefNia*. This was one of my first hobbies, to cook. Now, I can share this with everyone in the world.
