Lemon water is SO good for you. I always rant and rave about the benefits of this to family and friends so I thought I would repost those and share my Lemon Water Prep benefits.
This post is all about the benefits of my Lemon Water Prep with the addition of cayenne pepper and/or ground cinnamon. I have begun replacing my morning coffee with this mixture. I think I am never going back. This does not mean I will eliminate coffee forever. But if I can rid myself of the caffeine addiction, I will be one happy gal.

Juice your lemon by squeezing, pressing, or churning through a juicer. Add to your warm or room temperature water.
