I cannot even begin to tell you how many times I crave a juicy hamburger but don’t want to go through all the work of molding and shaping the patties or the hassle of barbecuing them on the grill. And, that’s not all.
That doesn’t even count all the veggies you have to chop up. Sheesh, it also doesn’t account for the building of a perfect burger. Well, I’m happy to tell you I have made a Hamburger Pasta Salad for your hamburger woes. It comes with all the bells and whistles that a burger comes with and MORE!
Straight up, sometimes I am craving Red Robin and all I can think of is burgers, burgers, burgers. Horrible. I only go to Red Robin on my wife’s birthday because she cannot live without her free birthday burger. But on a regular day that we are not in the mood to turn on the BBQ, you better believe Hamburger Pasta Salad is what’s on the stove and ready to be in our bellies, especially tonight for dinner.
