BRRRR!

 

Today it is freezing here. With the weather as it is in Florida during winter. “Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re going to get”, just like Forest Gump used to say. When I wake up in the morning, right after I turn on my Runtastic watch from sleep mode to active mode, I check quickly to see what the weathers like.

 

Of course I hope each day there would be some miraculous snow covering the woods and the forest, hopefully God heard that! He makes most of my wishes come true but I’m not particularly sure that one wish is realistic. It doesn’t cost a dime to dream, though, does it? I’m dreaming of Green Peas & Parmesan Cheese Pasta. That’s for damn sure.

 

 

 

Most days, I come up with random daily meals {not for the blog} without planning too much since I don’t know what I might be craving, something hot or something cold. Today I made a little bit of both. This one recipe was one of those random daily meals about a week ago that I make for myself and it was so good that I had to share it with all of you.

 

Rarely do I let one of the recipes for my crazy meals actually leave the note I’ve made on my Evernote app. You know it’s good when I’ve decided to share it with you and, boy, is my mouth drooling right now for this Green Peas & Parmesan Cheese Pasta, which I don’t currently have exact ingredients to make. Green Peas & Parmesan Cheese Pasta

 

Simple, tasty, easy and clean! Make this Green Peas & Parmesan Cheese Pasta today for a quick meal that will satisfy your whole family.

 

 

Prep time:  5 mins

Cook time:  15 mins

Total time:  20 mins

Serves: 4

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Spiralize zucchinis. Set aside.

  2. Cut chicken breasts into cubes.

  3. Heat coconut oil on a skillet. Throw on chicken and green peas with seasonings. Add butter. Remove from heat when chicken is browned.

  4. Grate parmesan cheese into a small bowl. Set aside a smidgen for garnish. In a large bowl, mix zucchini noodles, green peas and freshly grated parmesan cheese.

  5. Serve into glass bowls.

  6. Garnish the top of each with additional parmesan cheese.
