For the last two or three years since Bai has been around, my wife and I have been obsessed with every single antioxidant flavor they've released. When their latest—Maui coconut raspberry—was released, I knew I had to spice it up and give them a shout out with a fabulous recipe nobody could pass up.
These dreamy, tropical Coconut Raspberry Sorbet Floats are perfect to stay hydrated & refreshed while hanging by the pool or at the beach. If you want to kick it up a notch and make these for adults only, feel free to add the optional shot of vodka to the raspberry sorbet part of the recipe.
We have been enjoying Coconut Raspberry Sorbet Floats for days now and they are especially delicious while working at my desk. As one of the recent words of the day from dictionary.com popped up on my wife's phone, this is a great snack to have aldesko. And, before you jump on my back about that word—since I'm the #grammarpolice, it is a real word and it comes from the word alfresco.
Whether it's aldesko at your office or alfresco by the pool, Coconut Raspberry Sorbet Floats is a recipe you do not want to miss! Feel free to swap out the flavors of Bai and play around with different frozen fruits for the sorbet. If you change it up or simply make this recipe and follow it to the T, please tag me so that I can see your wonderful concoctions!
