To start back up on some healthy recipes, I am sharing with you my Clarified Honey Butter. Sweet and savory, Clarified Honey Butter is a treat all in itself but always best spread, drizzled or dipped into.
I like to put this on some gluten-free toast [with cinnamon raisin being a great option] in the morning, if I am about to rush out the door with Blender Bottle full of strawberry or greenberry Shakeology in hand. Is this not the reason God gave us two hands? I think so, friends.
Best part about my Clarified Honey Butter recipe? Two ingredients, baby, and it stores for a long time in the fridge, too. Win, freaking, win.
Clarified Honey Butter
Sweet and savory, Clarified Honey Butter is a treat all in itself but always best spread, drizzled or dipped into.

Cook time: 2 mins
Total time: 3 mins
8 oz grass-fed butter
8 oz raw honey
In a microwave safe bowl, add both ingredients. Heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir well.
Pour into mason jars. Refrigerate.
