I have been doing tons of research on essential oils lately. We want to incorporate them more into our lives little by little, as we have heard great things. We want to have an essential oil collection with different favorites in order to heal ourselves. So far I have a mix of carrier oils and pure essential oils: tea tree, lavender, rosehip, grapeseed, avocado, walnut, hazelnut, coconut, sesame, and a just a tad of pistachio.
My wish list is as follows:
Apricot Kernel *
The ones with an asterisk are my I NEED NOW oils in order to start making our own healing blends. LOL. I'm done for the day so I leave you with my cousin Karina Michelle's infamous Barbecue Salad that she brings to all the pool parties! This Barbecue Salad was inspired by the dish she makes. It goes GREAT with steak and wonderful to bring to a barbecue or gathering in the spring/summer.
