Somehow, I always end up substituting something in the fat blast meal plan at least once daily. Grrr! Asian Steak Salad it is. It's either cause I forgot one thing required throughout the week or ran out, bleh.
Today’s day 3 dinner is missing salmon. Either way, there was fish earlier in the day; I hate overdoing it on the seafood. Instead of adding fish to this meal, we twisted it up with an Asian Steak Salad.
I had left over salmon from the week before and thought I had enough. I am actually a little on the “sick of salmon” side this week and so is Marylex. I came up with a good and scrumptious salad that will fill you to the brim for dinner.
Asian Steak Salad

Cook time: 15 mins
Total time: 20 mins
Cube steak. Spiralize onion. Dice green pepper.
Lightly grease pan with oil. Add steak and onion. Drizzle with Szechuan. Sprinkle seasoning. Cook until browned.
In a Tupperware bowl, add spinach, green pepper, and dressing. When steak is well done, add to bowl. Seal with lid. Shake until mixed evenly.
Serve in two bowls. Top each with 12 almonds.
