This homemade Peppermint Whipped Cream is delicious and absolutely magical for the most wonderful time of the year. We have been making these sweet Grinch hot chocolates at home and topping them with THIS is just to die for. Hopefully soon I will take some good pictures of our hot chocolate and share with you on here. We make them in the evenings to go with delightful Christmas movies so the lighting isn't all that great for a photo shoot.
Anyhow, hot chocolate or not, I could eat this Peppermint Whipped Cream right out of the bowl! It's seriously that good. There is just something that gets me about whipped cream. And, even though I am lactose intolerant, for some odd and fantastic reason, I do not get sick when I eat this or any of my homemade whipped creams.
If I were you, I would make this right now and stay SUPER tuned to see when I'll have the best Christmas hot chocolate recipe up for grabs. I promise it will be sooner than later, especially with this ridiculously freezing Florida winter weather we are being hit with. I mean today alone is in the 40's so I cannot imagine what is coming for us. Good for our family, we are packing with winter clothing so this is the season to shine with our boots and scarfs and furry things like capes!
